As the spring semester ends, the sororities on the UAFS campus start setting their sights towards the fall semester and Formal Sorority Recruitment. This is an exciting time for the organizations, because this is their chance to get to know the new women on campus and grow their own chapters.

While going through recruitment, it is important to keep an open mind and heart. You may have your eyes set on one chapter, and then find your fit somewhere else. Greek Life is an amazing way to get involved on campus and meet like-minded people. Each organization on campus is actively involved and supports a philanthropy. While you might find a connection with the people you meet during recruitment, it is likely you will find a connection with their cause and mission. There are our sororities on campus: Alpha Omicron Pi, Delta Gamma, and Gamma Phi Beta. They each go through the formal recruitment process, and want to see you at recruitment!

The College Panhellenic Council, also known as CPC, President Madelynn Cassat shares, “Trusting the process and embracing your authentic self is the best thing you can do to find your way home.”

Fall 2025 recruitment will start with orientation on August 26th and end with Bid Day on August 30th. Remember to sign up for sorority recruitment starting on May 12th! Formal recruitment can seem scary or intimidating, but the women on the other side want you to find your home just as much as you do. Go Greek!
