Spring 2025 Semester is Ending…Summer Plans?

The Spring 2025 semester is wrapping up at UAFS. If you plan to stay in or around the area, there are lots of fun activities and events available. Celebrate the success of another semester complete with some summer fun.


Go to the Walmart Amp for a concert. Some artists playing in summer 2025 are Halsey (May 19), Thomas Rhett (June 5), Luke Bryan (June 19), Def Leppard (June 23), Goo Goo Dolls (July 19), and Little Big Town (July 24).


Need to cool off? Check out Parrot Island Water Park, Alma Aquatic Center, or the Ozark Community Center.


Catch a movie at Malco in Fort Smith. Some exciting releases for summer 2025 are Final Destination: Bloodlines (May 16), Lilo and Stitch (May 23), Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning (May 23), How to Train Your Dragon (June 13), Jurassic World Rebirth (July 2), Superman (July 11), and Freakier Friday (August 8)!


Go Bowling at Bowling World, Midland Family Bowl, or 810 Billiards and Bowling. They also offer an arcade and food.


Go Geocaching. An app that allows you to hunt for hidden containers. These containers usually hold a list to sign and sometimes trinkets for trading. People hide these containers all over the world. This activity is fun, free, and can be done at any time.
